“Very pleasant small property. 5 mins walk from central Ambleside. Well equipped and warm. Perhaps a bit small for a family of 4 but great for two people. Nicely decorated with thoughtful touches. Only one parking space but a car park 4 mins walk down the hill. Would recommend.”

“The B&B is in a great location in Ambleside. The staff were very friendly during check in and out. The room was nice and tidy and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really good the following morning and filled us up for the day. I would highly recommend.”

Staff were outstanding and responsive to all requests and questions. Nice dining area and presentation. Great central location to Grasmere village.
